We take solid control on product quality. The quality inspection has divided into working procedure self-inspection --- QC patrol inspection --- finished product sampling inspection --- large batch sampling inspection before delivery. We strictly control the specification error ratio within +/-2MM, thickness error ratio within 0.2MIC, and printing chromatics error ratio within +/-1MM. Furthermore, the quantity between packing change error ratio should be within 0.03%. The measuring instruments are micrometer, and electronic balance.
Process for handing non-conforming product during the production:
1. Line QC carries out regular checking, recording and immediate acting will be taken if non-conforming product is being found.
2. If non-conforming product is being found in the warehouse, QC will full check the same batch and report to the QC leader.
3. All non-conforming products will be marked and disposed.

7. Spot-check the mass production. Before shipping, QC leader will spot-check the mass production (no less than 30%) and fill in the report forms. If the products were unqualified, they could not be shipped until the result of rechecking is 0k.
FOURTHLY------Certificate of products:
send the samples to SGS in order to be tested the by FDA and ROHS standards.
